Make a right hand turn, enter second entrance to Arlington Medical Plaza–Northwest Entrance, Suite# 150.
Froms Mansfield…..Go North on Cooper to Road to Six Flags (one block south of Interstate 30) and make a left, enter Arlington Medical Plaza–Northwest Entrance, Suite# 150.
From Fort Worth…..Go East on Interstate 30 (I-30) and exit Cooper Street, make a right until Road to Six Flags (one block, gas station on right). Make a right hand turn and enter second entrance to Arlington Medical Plaza–Northwest Entrance, Suite# 150.
